Medic 234 -
234 is our first out ambulance. HVFD is a EMT level ambulance provider with 8 certified EMTs. 234 carries equipment that these medics can use to perform live saving procedures that have to be done very quickly. Our medics get regular training and must obtain continuing education to remain certified. HVFD contracts with Fraser Ambulance Service out of Des Moines for Paramedic level assistance when their services are required. |
